Rulli (Polimi): “L’85% dell’acqua è usato in agricoltura, si deve partire da qui con pratiche sostenibili". Cianni (ad Nutrinsect): “Con un chilo di farina di grilli l’apporto proteico è del 70%, ma ci frena ancora la cultura”. “De Pascale (Università di Napoli): “Nello spazio le piante saranno fondamentali per garantire la permanenza dell’uomo”
